If you build it, they will come

Working as the lead designer on a robust creative team, we worked with St.Luke’s Hospital System to develop an internal brand that boosted employee engagement, helped draw in new talent from across the country, and built strategic initiatives to make staff feel appreciated, cared for, and heard.

Hand-in-hand with the St. Luke’s leadership and HR team, we came up with the name ‘Care Out Loud’ and the visual feel of that brand was developed and deployed across print campaigns, digital assets [both internal and external], and signage throughout the multi-campus hospital system.

The St. Luke’s brand guidelines were used as a compass, and were the point of reference for every design decision on my end. Having the brand/marketing team and stakeholders available for critiques and discussions was key in providing assets that fell within their brand “feel” and also had the oomph to hit their engagement percentage targets and talent acquisition numbers.
