Encounter Counseling Center was doing fine, but they weren’t getting client conversions from their website. They needed digital real estate that brought the people in.
With something as diverse and complex as therapy, the solution to website user engagement is just as complex. We aren’t using yellow pages anymore, and anyone can SEO the heck out of their website for better or for worse (and it’s usually for the worse). So after analyzing user data on Encounter’s original website like bounce rates, time on site, which pages had the least amount of clicks, etc., we were able to nail down some specific areas needing improvement.
Taking those findings, we recreated user journeys and flows so that we could engage the users into conversions but also provide information for them that didn’t require engagement. And guess what? After the new website launch…engagement and traffic more than tripled.
